Weekly Newsletter April 16, 2020

As you all are aware, we are still in lock down mode. ☹ We are so looking forward to the days when we can be together again! So, until that day comes all Church Services and Events are postponed until further notice.

Our Church is heeding the advice of our Governor and the White House. As we get updates from our government, we will be updating our Church Family. The Newsletter will contain all news on future events, services and future plans.

Our Governor has said we need to keep the church closed through April 30th .

Hopefully by May we will be able to open. Let’s all pray for that to happen.
When we are able to come together again, we are hoping to have a full

Easter Service and a kids Easter egg hunt. This exciting service and kids’ day can still be achieved at a future date. We can celebrate our living Savior any time!

The Carew’s are scheduled to be at our church on May 17th . I just talked to Carol today and they are planning and praying that they will be able to come. Still in the plans if we are together by then.

We will also be having our Mother’s Day Luncheon sometime this Summer. This is a special time for our ladies.

We have recorded a video sermon & music for this week. Next week we will send music and a sermon by our new pastor Richard. Hope you will be blessed and encouraged!

If you talk to any of the church family during the week ask them if they are receiving the Weekly News Letter. Tell them to call the church or Vicki if they have not received them.

Please remember the church will be open 40 hours a week. Please call before you come to make sure someone is there.

Thank you so much to everyone who has continued to help support your Church during this difficult time. We must pay our bills, support our missionaries and help our families in need. May God Bless each one of you.

If you have a need of essentials or groceries and need someone to go to the store for you, please give the church, Mickey or Vicki a call, and tell us your need and we will help. The church is here for you, don’t hesitate to call! If you need prayer or have a prayer request call:

Our new Pastor Rich Kominek and his family have sold their home. In a conversation with him this week, he said they
are planning to be here the end of May. Pray that our state and country will soon be healed so they can cross the state
line. We are all looking forward to having them join our church family.

Please stay safe!
Sincerely,
JIBC Board of Deacons & Mickey & Vicki Fehler

Weekly Verse of Encouragement:
Psalm 5: 1-3 “Give hear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation. Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and
my God: for unto Thee will I pray. My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning I will direct my
prayer to thee, and will look up.”
